~ Meet Mark
Mark Bay attended Columbia University in the City of New York. Mark also has undergraduate and graduate studies in Environmental Science at the State University of New York Purchase. He has always had a deep concern for the environment, energy efficiency, sustainable growth, and waste reduction long before “Green Building” became popular. His graduate studies include Public Administration.
Mark has more than 35+ years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. Before establishing Tri-Bay Construction, he spent the prior 16+ years with one local commercial contractor as a Superintendent, Estimator, and Senior Project Manager. Mark has developed relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and designers that provide the team effort every successful, quality project demands.
